We are looking for a motivated apprentice to undertake their dental nurse apprenticeship with ourselves. We are hard working and a patient focused team; we constantly strive to deliver excellent patient care.
Work
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
What you'll do at work
We are seeking a Dental Nurse Apprentice to join our team in providing high-quality dental care to our patients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and excellent organisational skills.
At work, you will be:
- Assisting the dentist during dental procedures
- Maintaining a clean and sterile environment in the dental surgery
- Preparing and sterilising instruments and equipment
- Provide chairside assistance to the dentist
- Process dental X-Rays
- Manage patient records accurately
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Strong patient care skills with a compassionate approach
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages.
- Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
We are looking for an apprentice to work 5 days per week alongside the dentist and a team of dental nurses, with time allocated within this week for a release day to the training provider.

Desirable qualifications
GCSE in:
- English (grade 4/C and above)
- Maths (grade 4/C and above)
Share if you have other relevant qualifications and industry experience. The apprenticeship can be adjusted to reflect what you already know.
