What are Skills Bootcamps?

Skills Bootcamps are flexible, short-term training programmes designed to help adults gain industry-specific skills, enhance their employability, and progress within their chosen career path.

These employer-focused programmes combine tailored support, practical training, and industry-relevant learning to equip participants with the knowledge and skills needed to secure employment, change careers, or advance professionally.

Skills Bootcamps are available to adults aged 19 and over who are employed, self-employed, unemployed, or returning to work following a career break.

In addition to providing a direct pathway into employment, Skills Bootcamps can also lead to accelerated apprenticeships and further career development opportunities.
