What you'll do at work
The role includes:
- Contacting customers for purchase order numbers
- Analysing data to produce customer Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reports
- Checking prices and raising discrepancies
- Customer invoice queries
- Raising our purchase order numbers
- Cover for reception calls
