This will help you secure your dream job and contribute positively to your chosen field. The courses focus on a range of in-demand skills, last up to 6 weeks and are fully funded.
Bootcamps can also serve as effective refresher courses for existing employees looking to upskill or reskill, and they provide employers with a strong pipeline of job-ready candidates who have completed intensive, focused training.

Welding Bootcamps
The Welding Bootcamp is a 6-week programme designed to help both new to welding and existing welders to upskill, with an opportunity to progress towards coded welding standards.
The Course Covers:
- MIG, MAG, TIG, and MMA welding
- Visual inspections of welds
- Identifying defects and imperfections
- Welding to coded standards
- Bespoke processes and materials
- Abrasive wheels training
Retrofit Bootcamps
We work with a subcontractor called Unyte Academy to deliver bootcamps. Unyte Academy bridge the skills gap in retrofit and energy efficiency. They train professionals with the knowledge and hands-on experience needed to support the UK’s Net-Zero goal by 2050 through high-quality training and certification programmes.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Aged 19
- Not currently in education
- Been a UK resident for 3+ years
