Performance Through People (PTP) proudly celebrated the dedication and achievements of its long-serving employees at its Long Service Awards 2026, recognising team members who have reached service milestones ranging from five to an incredible 35 years.
Held 23rd September 2026, the celebration brought colleagues together for a special afternoon tea dedicated to acknowledging the commitment, expertise and lasting contributions of staff who have played a significant role in shaping PTP’s success over the years.
The event provided an opportunity to reflect on the organisation’s journey, share memories and celebrate the people who continue to make a difference across the business. Guests enjoyed an afternoon filled with conversation, laughter and appreciation as award recipients were recognised for their loyalty and service.
PTP was also delighted to welcome Kevin Davis DL, PTP Advisory Board Member, and Corin Crane, Group Chief Executive of the Coventry & Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce, who joined the celebrations and helped honour the award recipients.
The occasion was made even more poignant as colleagues gathered to say farewell to Anne Moore, who is beginning a new chapter after many years with the organisation. Anne has been an integral part of PTP’s growth and development, and her dedication, professionalism and commitment have left a lasting impact on both colleagues and learners. While she will be greatly missed, everyone at PTP wishes her every success and happiness for the future.
