Two employees at Hall & Pickles in Wombourne are celebrating outstanding apprenticeship success after both achieving Distinctions in their Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeships with Performance Through People.
Max, who works within the company’s Sales Team, and Harrison, who began his career in an administrative role, have both completed their apprenticeships with the highest possible grade. Their achievements highlight not only their hard work and commitment, but also Hall and Pickles’ dedication to developing talent from within.
Since completing his apprenticeship, Harrison has progressed into the company’s CAD department, while Max continues to play an important role within the sales function. Both are now permanent employees, having started their careers as apprentices.
Their journeys reflect Hall and Pickles’ approach to nurturing potential and providing opportunities for apprentices to grow, develop and build long-term careers within the business.
Reflecting on his apprenticeship experience, Harrison said:
“For me, PTP was a brilliant experience. I had support from start to finish and any problems which I had, my tutor Hannah always had the answers. My course was extremely well structured in how everything was taught and organised. I would definitely recommend this company as I certainly learnt a lot, both personally and professionally.”
For many apprentices, the end result is a qualification. For Max and Harrison, it has been much more than that. Their apprenticeships have provided a foundation for successful careers, helping them gain confidence, practical skills and valuable workplace experience while contributing to the growth of the business.
