Apprentices, tutors and employers came together to celebrate an inspiring day of achievement at the Staffordshire & Stoke-on-Trent Graduation 2026, recognising the hard work, dedication and success of learners from across a wide range of apprenticeship programmes.

The event saw apprentices from disciplines including Dental Nursing, Customer Service, Operations Management and many others formally recognised for the commitment they have shown throughout their apprenticeship journeys. Graduation marked an important milestone for each learner, celebrating not only the successful completion of their programme but also the learner, celebrating not only the successful completion of their programme but also the skills, knowledge and confidence they have developed along the way.

Joining in the celebrations were some of our own tutors whose learners were graduating; Harjit Sidhu, Leanne Malpass, David Price, Sue Shallcross and Helen Dickson, who were proud to support their learners and share in this special occasion. Having guided apprentices throughout their programmes, the tutors were delighted to see their achievements recognised and to celebrate the progress each individual has made.

The graduation ceremony provided an opportunity to reflect on the dedication and perseverance shown by apprentices as they balanced learning and workplace responsibilities to achieve their goals. It was also a chance to acknowledge the important role that employers play in supporting learners throughout their apprenticeship programmes.

Performance Through People would like to extend its congratulations to all the employers whose staff graduated this year. Their ongoing support, encouragement, and commitment to developing talent through apprenticeships continue to create valuable opportunities for individuals and businesses alike.

We were delighted to see Trudy Kinsey, one of our own achievers win the Ladder for Staffordshire Special Achievement Award on the day as she celebrated completing her Operations Manager qualification with Dave Price.

Most importantly, congratulations to every graduate who crossed the stage. Their achievements are a testament to their hard work, determination and ambition, and they should be incredibly proud of what they have accomplished.

As one cohort of apprentices celebrates this significant achievement, attention now turns to the future. PTP look forward to supporting the next generation of learners and celebrating another year of apprenticeship success at the 2027 graduation ceremony.

Congratulations to the class of 2026 and best wishes for the exciting opportunities that lie ahead.
