Huge congratulations to Kiran Bibi, who has achieved a fantastic Distinction in her Level 3 Team Leader Apprenticeship with PTP!

Kiran’s latest achievement marks another important milestone in an impressive apprenticeship journey. Having already successfully completed both her Level 2 Business Administrator and Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeships, Kiran has now completed her Level 3 Team Leader Apprenticeship – all alongside her dedicated tutor, Harj.
Throughout her learning journey, Harj has provided Kiran with guidance, encouragement and support, helping her build her confidence and develop the skills needed to achieve her goals.
Reflecting on her experience, Kiran shared how much Harj’s support has meant to her:
“You’ve always been encouraging, patient and motivating, and you’ve given me the confidence to believe in myself, even when I doubted myself. Your guidance, feedback and constant support have played a huge part in helping me achieve my distinction. I genuinely don’t think I could have done it without your encouragement and belief in me.”
As Kiran reached the end of her apprenticeship journey with PTP, she also reflected on the relationship she had built with her tutor:
“It’s been a pleasure learning with you, and I’m really grateful for everything you’ve done. It’s also a real shame to be coming to the end of this journey after completing the last few courses with you. I’ve really enjoyed having you as my tutor and will definitely miss your support and encouragement.”

From her first Business Administrator apprenticeship through to achieving a Distinction in her Team Leader qualification, Kiran’s journey demonstrates the value of continued learning, determination and the support of a great tutor.
Congratulations, Kiran, on this fantastic achievement! We wish you every success for the future and look forward to seeing where your skills and experience take you next.
And a huge thank you to Harj for the encouragement, guidance and support you have provided throughout Kiran’s apprenticeship journey. Your commitment to helping learners achieve their potential makes a real difference.
