Performance Through People (PTP) is celebrating success of Haadi, who has successfully completed the Business Administration and Finance Path 2 Apprenticeship (P2A) programme and secured a position as a Customer Service Apprentice upon completion.
Throughout his time on the programme, Haadi demonstrated outstanding commitment, determination and potential. From the outset, he approached every aspect of his learning with a positive attitude and a clear focus on achieving his goals.
During his work experience placement with PTP, Haadi’s confidence continued to grow as he embraced new challenges and developed key workplace skills. His enthusiasm, motivation and strong work ethic made a lasting impression on colleagues, who witnessed his progression and dedication firsthand.
Securing an apprenticeship is a significant milestone, and Haadi’s achievement reflects the hard work and resilience he has shown throughout his journey. His new role as a Customer Service Apprentice will provide him with the opportunity to further develop his skills while gaining valuable industry experience.
To recognise this fantastic accomplishment and support him in the next stage of his career, Haadi was presented with a Lenovo tablet and pen by Performance Through People’s Adult Skills Department.
Haadi’s success is a great example of the impact that the Path2Apprenticeship Programme can have in helping learners build confidence, develop employability skills and progress into meaningful employment opportunities.
