Performance Through People are celebrating the success of Ethan Inscoe, a learner on the Business Administration Path2Apprenticeships programme in Walsall, who has secured an apprenticeship role in remarkable time.
As part of the P2A programme, Ethan participated in mock interviews with PTP’s Search and Select recruitment team, helping him develop the confidence, professionalism and interview skills needed to succeed in the workplace. His enthusiasm and potential quickly stood out, making a lasting impression on the team.
Following the mock interview process, Ethan was referred to one of PTP’s recruiting employers seeking an apprentice. After a successful interview, he was offered the position of Apprentice Associate Manager, securing the role in less than 24 hours.
Ethan’s achievement highlights the value of the Path2Apprenticeships programme, which is designed to equip learners with the practical skills, confidence, and employability support needed to take their next steps into work.
Credit also goes to Samantha Feeley from the Search and Select recruitment team, whose guidance helped connect Ethan with the opportunity, and Claire Whitehouse, Ethan’s tutor on the P2A course, who supported him throughout his journey.
