As PTP continues to celebrate National Apprenticeship Week 2026 through professional development and apprenticeship pathways, we are proud to celebrate the achievements of those who go above and beyond. One such success story is Codi Clarke, who has recently completed her Customer Service Level 2 Apprenticeship with a Distinction!
Over the past year, Codi has experienced meaningful growth – both personally and professionally. Reflecting on her journey, she shared how much has changed since her mid-apprenticeship review.
“I feel I’ve become much more confident and self-assured in my role. I’ve developed a better understanding of expectations, improved how I manage my workload, and grown more comfortable taking responsibility and making decisions independently.”
Codi’s apprenticeship didn’t just strengthen her technical skills – it reshaped the way she approaches her work daily. She explained that the biggest impact came from developing a more thoughtful, considered way of working.
“The biggest impact has been developing a more professional and reflective approach to my work. I now think more carefully about communication, customer needs, and continuous improvement, rather than just completing tasks as they come.”
As with any apprenticeship, the final stretch brought both challenges and opportunities for growth. For Codi, one moment in particular stood out:
“The final assessment period stood out the most, as it required me to bring together everything I had learned and demonstrate it confidently. It was challenging, but it helped reinforce how much I had progressed and strengthened my ability to perform under pressure.”
Her mentor, Lauren Westley, has seen that growth firsthand throughout the entire apprenticeship journey, sharing:
“Over the past year, I’ve watched Codi grow into a confident, reliable, and highly professional member of the team. Her communication skills, customer focus, and willingness to learn have made her a real asset to our Search and Select department.”
Completing the qualification has also had a clear impact on Codi’s confidence and capability in her role at Performance Through People.
“I feel significantly more confident in my abilities and more capable in my role. I’m more proactive, comfortable handling a wider range of situations, and confident in the value I bring to the team.”
With the apprenticeship now behind her – and a Distinction achieved – Codi is looking ahead with optimism.
“I’m excited to continue developing my skills, take on more responsibility, and explore opportunities for further progression and learning within PTP, building on the strong foundation the apprenticeship has given me.”
And then when asked to sum up the entire experience in just one sentence, Codi didn’t hesitate:
“A challenging but rewarding experience.”
Codi’s dedication, hard work, and commitment to growth shines through in every part of her journey. We’re delighted to celebrate her success, and we are extremely lucky to have her as a member of the PTP Team.
