Performance Through People (PTP) was proud to attend the 2025 Multicultural Apprenticeship Awards in London, marking the event’s 10th anniversary. The awards have become a key moment in the calendar for recognising the achievements of apprentices and the organisations that support them, with a strong focus on diversity and inclusion.

PTP was shortlisted for Training Provider of the Year, reflecting its continued commitment to delivering high-quality apprenticeship programmes across sectors. Representing the organisation at the ceremony was CEO Rob Colbourne OBE, who joined industry leaders, finalists, and supporters in celebrating the impact of apprenticeships nationwide.

One of PTP’s standout apprentices, Cameron Johal, was a finalist in the Transport and Logistics Apprentice of the Year category. His nomination highlighted the dedication and progress he’s made throughout his apprenticeship journey.

Although PTP didn’t take home awards this year, being named finalists was a meaningful recognition. The team values the opportunity to be part of the event each year and remains committed to supporting apprentices from all backgrounds.
