Production Line Operative Apprentice – Roto Spa (VAC1000337661)

Based at our Tamworth site, you’ll help build and service award-winning spas, gain hands-on experience, and earn while you learn. We’re looking for motivated individuals who can pick things up quickly and enjoy practical, hands-on work. This is your chance to build your future with our leading Midlands manufacturing business.

Duties to Include

• Assemble components in a manufacturing environment


• Use hand tools and air tools for production tasks


• Follow detailed work instructions to complete jobs accurately


• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet required standards


• Maintain attention to detail throughout all tasks


• Apply a practical, problem-solving approach to work


• Learn and adapt quickly through the provided full training

From time to time, you may be required to perform other duties as requested by your Line Manager, and whilst not listed above, these duties will be appropriate to the level of responsibility held and to the scope of the role as defined.

Training Schedule: 

Training will be delivered on site, and possibly at our Walsall Training Centre, depending on transport options available.

On-site training will be delivered once a month.

Qualifications

• English (grade C/4 or above)


• Mathematics (grade C/4 or above)


• Share if you have other relevant qualifications and industry experience. The apprenticeship can be adjusted to reflect what you already know.
