Dental Nurse Apprentice – Chase Dental Practice (VAC1000324989)

We at Chase Dental Practice are offering a Dental Nurse/Receptionist Apprenticeship, preferably work full time. We provide a very friendly working environment where you can gain a good knowledge and working experience in dentistry.

Duties to Include

• Assisting the dentist chairside


• Updating client records


• Cleaning and decontamination of tools


• Surgery


• Reception duties


• General admin duties

From time to time, you may be required to perform other duties as requested by your Line Manager, and whilst not listed above, these duties will be appropriate to the level of responsibility held and to the scope of the role as defined.

The training you will be getting

• Dental Nurse (GDC 2023) Level 3

This apprenticeship standard is currently delivered online. The virtual lesson will last 3 hours and a further 3 hours will need to be made for the apprentice to work on their coursework.

Qualifications

• GCSE English (Grade C/4) or above


• GCSE Maths (Grade C/4) or above

Essential Requirements

• Candidates will need to pass a DBS check to start the role. If you are successful you will need to have your Hepatitis B vaccination
