Dental Nurse Apprentice – Maypole Dental Practice (VAC1000324668)

We have an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice Dental Nurse to join our friendly dental practice. We would love you to join us as an Apprentice Dental Nurse and start your exciting career in dental nursing. The successful candidate will be assisting other dental health professionals, providing chair side support and a high level of patient care.

Duties to Include

• Assisting the dentist chairside


• Updating client records


• Cleaning and decontamination of tools


• Surgery


• Reception duties


• General admin duties

From time to time, you may be required to perform other duties as requested by your Line Manager, and whilst not listed above, these duties will be appropriate to the level of responsibility held and to the scope of the role as defined.

The training you will be getting

• Dental Nurse Level 3 (GDC 2023)

Desired skills and personal qualities

Qualifications

• GCSE English (Grade 4)


• GCSE Maths (Grade 4)

Essential Requirements

• Candidates will need to pass a DBS check to start the role


• If you are successful you will need to have your Hepatitis B vaccination
