PTP is a provider of training solutions acting as a single point of contact for our customers, we have direct access to approaching 5000 employers throughout the West Midlands region. Our purpose is to provide excellent training and development meeting the needs of both learners and employers, encouraging life long learning delivered by highly competent specialist staff. The achievement of our customers and the excellent support and guidance given by this organisation are of paramount importance to me and my fellow Directors.

We have many years experience in delivering Government funded contracts working with funding bodies such as the Learning and Skills Council and Job Centre Plus, our portfolio includes: Apprenticeships from the age of 14 upwards, Train to Gain and New Deal. We deliver customised training and consultancy throughout the West Midlands, including management, Health and Safety and quality, we manage a network of providers throughout the UK to support National Organisations with their training needs; we offer a "one-stop-shop" addressing every training and development request.

Our staff are our most important resource, selected because of their occupational experience and expertise in teaching and learning and for providing excellent support and care for our customers. We welcome clients who are suitably motivated to achieve their personal goals and we also have a successful history of gaining recognition for our customers through 'learner of the year' awards. We promote an ethos of life long learning this being demonstrated through successes with our 14 year old Young Apprentices all the way through to working with decision makers within organisations on various Director initiatives.
