"I feel that I have developed dramatically since I started my training with PTP 4 years ago. I have completed an apprenticeship in Admin and Business and and have nearly completed a Level 3 NVQ in IT. I have learnt a lot over the 3 courses which have helped me in my job role a lot.
The support from the PTP staff has always been brilliant and I have never felt alone in anything that I've been unsure about. I have felt that all the staff I have had dealings with has always been very approachable and that has helped me a lot in completing all the qualifications that I have.
I would definitely recommend PTP to other people because I feel that they are a very good training provider and I have learnt a lot since I have been with them. They have always been on time when coming to see me on the job training and as I said before they have always been very approachable in all aspects of my training. Over all I have always been very happy with all of me training and the staff involved".

"I think I progressed a lot since starting with PTP January 2008. The apprenticeship has helped me to look at my work and make improvements. I have developed new ideas such as creating a visitor signing in book, increasing security by installing CCTV and controlled entry to reception. I feel i am more confident with callers and voicing my ideas to senior staff. I have always found PTP staff to be friendly and helpful when dealing with my queries.
